Work with a Lawyer, Starting at $1000*

We serve Oregonians who make up to 400% of the Federal Poverty Level ($103,000 for a family of four) and who meet other qualifications. If you qualify, you'll get expert help with a Trust Plan for a fraction of the cost normally associated with hiring an attorney. Our services are offered on a sliding-scale basis: the amount you pay will depend on your income level.

The Trust Plan Legal Service Package starts at $1000 for one person and $1500 for couples, with the final rate set based on your income level. This does not include court filing fees; we can help you determine if you qualify to have court fees waived.
