If you qualify, you'll get expert help filing your Response for a fraction of the cost normally associated with hiring an attorney. Our services are offered on a sliding-scale basis: the amount you pay will depend on your income level.

The Modification Response Legal Service Package starts at $378, with the final rate set based on your income level.* This does not include court filing fees; we can help you determine if you qualify to have court fees waived.

With the Modification Response Unbundled Legal Service Package, you receive the following legal services:

45-Minute Consultation

Once you're qualified, you'll meet with one of our attorneys to discuss your concerns and goals for your family law situation. 

Drafted Response to the Motion to Modify

Then we'll draft a Response to the Motion to Modify (with proposed Parenting Plan) and Uniform Support Declaration regarding your domestic relations case.

Filing of Notice to the Court

We'll also draft a Notice of Limited Scope Representation, Notice of Termination of Limited Scope Representation, and an explanatory letter to the Court and opposing party/counsel;

Service of the Response

We'll serve the Response, Uniform Support Declaration, Notice of Limited Scope Representation, Notice of Termination of Limited Scope Representation, and the explanatory letter on the opposing party or the opposing party’s attorney.
