We serve Oregonians who make up to 400% of the Federal Poverty Level ($103,000 for a family of four) and who meet other qualifications. If you qualify, you'll get expert help filing your Dissolution Petition for a fraction of the cost normally associated with hiring an attorney. Our services are offered on a sliding-scale basis: the amount you pay will depend on your income level.
The Starting Your Divorce Package starts with a navigation session of just $100. If you decide to hire us to prepare, file, and serve your divorce for you, our services begin at an additional $531, with the final rate set based on your income level. This does not include court filing fees; we can help you determine if you qualify to have court fees waived.
When you purchase this package, you get the following:
45-Minute Consultation with an Attorney
Once you're qualified, you'll meet with one of our attorneys to discuss your concerns and goals for your family law situation. This can be a virtual or in-person session.
Drafted Petition for Dissolution of Marriage
Then we'll draft a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage (with or without children);
Drafted Summons, Confidential Information Forms (CIFs), and a Notice of CIFs;
We'll also draft a Summons, Confidential Information Forms (CIFs), and a Notice of CIFs for your case.
Filing of Notice to the Court
We'll draft a Notice of Limited Scope Representation, Notice of Termination of Limited Scope Representation, and an explanatory letter to the Court and opposing party/counsel.

- Drafting a Summons, Confidential Information Forms (CIFs), and a Notice of CIFs;
- Drafting a Notice of Limited Scope Representation, Notice of Termination of Limited Scope Representation, and an explanatory letter to the Court and opposing party/counsel;
- Drafting an Affidavit of Service and/or Acceptance of Service;
