The Will Plan Legal Service Package starts at $500 for individuals and $750 for couples, with the final rate set based on your income level. This does not include court filing fees; we can help you determine if you qualify to have court fees waived.

A 45-minute “final wishes” consultation with an attorney to discuss the details of your estate plan

Drafted Estate Planning Documents

Drafting the following estate planning documents for you based on the final wishes consultation: Testamentary Will, Power of Attorney, Oregon Advance Directive; HIPAA Authorization; Burial Instructions, Disposition of Remains

45-minute Drafts Review & Round of Revisions

A 45-minute drafts review consultation with an attorney to review your draft estate plan and a single round of revisions to your estate plan

Meeting with the Notary Public

A 30-minute signing meeting with a Notary Public, where you provide the witnesses

Final Signing with Your Healthcare Representative

Final signing instructions for your healthcare representative, if they are unable to attend the signing meeting in-person
